Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be informed in such cases.


🚚 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 3–8 business days

  • Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.


📲 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if available)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.


❗ Incorrect Address / Phone Number

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

If incorrect details are provided:

  • Delivery may fail or get delayed

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds may be adjusted for courier costs


🚫 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Incomplete customer information

However, we will try our best to assist you.


📦 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a customer is unavailable or refuses delivery:

  • The order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will require additional charges.

  • In some cases, prepaid refunds may be deducted for shipping expenses.
