To be eligible for any return, refund, or replacement, you must record a clear unboxing video.

The video should:

  • Start before opening the parcel

  • Clearly show the sealed package & shipping label

  • Show the product while opening

  • Clearly display the issue (damage / wrong item / missing item)

❌ Without proper unboxing video proof, returns or refunds will not be approved.

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Items are missing in the package


❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is available

  • Request is raised after 5 days

  • Product is used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition

  • Customer does not like the product / change of mind
